More info about Sammy

My name is Sammy, and I have been training for about 20 years. My journey started in Switzerland in the Shotokan Karate International Swiss Federation (SKISF). Hence for more than three quarters of my life I have been practicing Karate, and I dont intend to ever stop. Over the years I had the honor to represent Switzerland internationally, participating in 3 European Championships SKIF, 3 World Championships, and numerous smaller international tournaments as a member of the Swiss National Team in Kata, Kumite, Team Kata and Team Kumite. Professionally, I have served in the Swiss Armed Forces for multiple years, the majority of them as a commissioned officer and as an instructor. I currently study Economics at Aalto University. As a coach, my main focus is working with competitors of all levels and ages, both in Kata and Kumite.
