More info about Sakino

My name is Sakino, and my journey with Karate began after returning from study abroad in 2014. Seeking to try something representative of my country, Japan, I chose to start Karate. Little did I know, this decision would spark a lifelong passion for an art that embraces not just physical fitness but also mental calmness and discipline.

Karate has transformed me in numerous ways. It has given me a sense of confidence and taught me that, regardless of body size, one can generate significant power through proper technique. Karate has provided me with tools to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations. More importantly, it has shaped my character, guiding me in how to conduct myself with respect in everyday life. My utmost passion in Karate is on the basics, known as Kihon.

I believe that mastering the fundamentals is the quickest path to perfection. Kihon fosters our core strength and accelerates the learning speed of Kata and Kumite. Join me and let’s practice together.
