• 10:30-11:00 Warm-up
• 11:00-12:30 Session 1: Katas (all belts, over 10 years old)
• 12:30-14:00 Lunch break (self-paid)
• 13:30-14:00 Registration (for those arriving afternoon)
• 14:00-14:30 Warm-up
• 14:30-16:00 Session 2:  Advanced (all belts, over 12 years old)
• 16:00 Photo session

Sunday 15th March

• 9:30-10:30 Registration

• 11:00-12:30 Session 3 – Kumite (all belts, over 10 years old)
• 12:30-14:00  Lunch break (self-paid)
• 13:30-14:00  Registration (for those arriving afternoon)

• 14:30-16:00 Session 4:  Advanced training (all belts, over 12 years old)
• 16:00 End of the seminar, photo session

• Whole seminar:  100 €  / JKS members 80 €
• One training session: 30 € / JKS members 25 €
• Two training sessions: 60 € / JKS members 50 €
• Three training sessions: 90 € / JKS members 75 €
